Stretch-n-Grow - Terms and conditions

1.     Orders and cancellation:

1.1    The order constitutes a contract of 10 classes (unless otherwise agreed or started part way through a block)

1.2    For your child to continue participation in class payment is due in advance & late fees incur a £5 charge.

1.3    Reminders/invoices for subsequent 10 weeks blocks will be emailed/messaged to you at week 8 of the current block of sessions.

1.4    Unfortunately due to administration costs, we are unable to offer credits if your child misses sessions due to holiday or sickness.

1.5    To comply with safe guarding your child will not be able to take part in regular sessions without a signed enrolment form via class4kids booking, and payment as confirmation of your permission.

2.   Performance:

2.1 We aim to perform to a high standard. Please contact us if you have any complaints or suggestions.

2.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to commence class and services at agreed stated time.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel the class due to circumstances beyond our control, but in such   

      circumstances of cancellation the 10 week block of classes will roll on for an extra week.

3.    Health and Safety:

3.1 You are responsible in advising Stretch-n-Grow of any known medical conditions of your child.

3.2 You are expressly responsible for ensuring that your child is medically fit to attend weekly classes

4.  Behaviour: 

4.1 In the event that any attendee is or appears, in the opinion of the coach leading the class, to be carrying out or attempting to carry out any unreasonable behaviour, that attendee may be asked to leave class.

5. Privacy:

5.1 In compliance with GDPR all data provided is held securely by Stretch-n-Grow only, via Class4Kids system.

5.2 Data is held for legitimate interests related to the service provided and lesson planning in addition to any medical information for the safety of your child.

5.3 The information held on our database consists of the information supplied on this form or on our website.
